Under The Sea Cutter & Texture Mat Set
Want to create beautiful ocean themed cakes, biscuits and cookies?
To help you get started, lightly dust the inside of your texture mat with icing sugar, so it doesn't stick. Then roll out your sugar paste to a thickness you're happy with, we'd suggest between 2-3mm. To get the best results, firmly press the mat on the paste and gently roll over with a rolling pin. Your lovely embossed paste is now ready to be cut! Line up the cutter to cut out your shape. You're done, ready to decorate cupcakes, cookies and cakes.
