Renshaw White Marzipan
Renshaw’s original Marzipan can be easily coloured and flavoured. It’s easy to work with texture means it can be rolled out with ease and can make a tasty addition to your cakes.
How to use
1. Knead marzipan until pliable. Roll out to a thickness of approx. 5mm (1/4 Inch) on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar.
2. Brush cake with cool boiled, sieved apricot jam and cover the cake with marzipan.
3. Gently smooth the top and sizes of the cake, trimming any excess with a knife.

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap marzipan in cling film, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out
