Renshaw Covering Paste is specifically designed for cake covering. It is a softer handling sugarpaste, than Ready to Roll Icing, with a more delicate flavour which has excellent covering properties providing a professional finish without being sticky to work with.
Knead until pliable, and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness (don't dust surface with icing sugar until after you have kneaded your paste as this can dry paste out and cause cracking or crazing). Use product at room temperature.
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap in cling film (or reseal in new packaging), and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.
