When you receive your order please check it carefully for any errors or damages and if there are any problems please let us know within 14 days of receipt
We will refund or replace any item that you are not 100% happy with as long as it is unused and in it's original packaging.
Unfortunately the exception for this is that we are unable to refund or replace edible items due to Hygiene reasons so if you have any doubts about colours or uses please Contact Us before you buy and we will be happy to give advice. In this case you will be responsible for the return postage.
Of course should you have a faulty item or the reason for return be due to a fault on our part we will of course refund or resend your order whether edible or not completely free of charge.
